Kalaga Integrated Health Care (KIHC) believes that any medical problem can be treated or managed if identified at the earliest. Hence is the existence of KIHC.

KIHC shall give each patient best security and Analysis about his medical problems and shall not discuss with any other person until otherwise it is absolutely necessary according to medical ethics.

Each KIHC shall be equipped with a few Doctors (Allopathy, Ayurveda and Naturopathy & Yoga – at least two/three Doctors) for consultation, necessary Clinical Testing Equipment & Staff, and as well a complete drug store at each KHIC center .

KIHC center shall give a Family Doctor Type experience and care to the visiting patients.

On their visit, each patient shall be assigned to one experienced Nursing Staff, who shall discuss with the patients about their needs, and explain the process and help that may be extended to them at KIHC .

Once the patient Accepts KIHC Process, required Basics like Height, Weight, Blood Pressure, etc., and Patient needs and problems, Patients Data shall be recorded electronically. It is called Case sheet or Patient identity record .

Once Patient case sheet / identity record is ready, the patient may be sent to the Clinical Lab for the tests to make his clinical record ready. Once his record is ready, he shall be sent to the doctor for the consultation .

Clinical Lab Tests shall be performed on need basis, and patients need not or may not visit the Clinical Lab, each time he visits the Kalaga Integrated Health Care Center (KIHC).

KIHC shall not be responsible if the Patient has not disclosed certain pre-existing health issues and there shall be an undertaking to be signed by the Patient on payment of the consultancy fee. It is highly recommended to the needy patients to open their heart to our senior nursing staff, and discuss in details about their pre-existing, or present problems in detail, to get the best possible care from KIHC. .

It is to be noted that all the patients shall be given report in the form of printed records of their each visit, their problems as they feel, the doctors opinion, the Clinical test results (if undertaken), etc along with the advise / prescription of the Medicines and why he needs the said medicines in detail.

At KIHC, Patient may accept and follow the Procedures, but in certain cases doctors may advise him to go to a Higher Hospital for further investigations and shall be given necessary written Record for his help. KIHC shall do all necessary endeavor to help the patient to connect with the specific Hospital / Doctor, based on the need and requirements .

At this juncture if Patient wishes to take the advice at some other place, KIHC does not object, and Patient is free to follow his own judgment and decisions. KIHC believes in making the Patient aware about his present condition (his disease condition to the possible extent) , along with the necessary improvements steps to be taken, his requirements shall be made aware to the patient, by the KIHC, without fail. This is to give confidence to the patients and make them aware of better and faster cure processes.

Kalaga Integrated Health Care Private Limited (KIHC) will deliver only evidence based complete and comprehensive integrated health care services by the way of bringing together the strengths and to balance the weaknesses inherent in different Systems of health care – Allopathy, Ayurveda, Homeopathy, Naturopathy, Yoga etc. and stream line the health science process in order to deliver the right combination of health care to the needy .

KIHC wish to establish a digital bureau at India, for providing medical knowledge archive for research purposes, and Medical and Life Sciences usage and renting time to users on a block of time and casual basis with special emphasis on Allopathy Medicine, Alternate Medicine and Bio-Technology and Alternate Medicine Formulations, Products, usage methodologies, Medicine Administration Processes, which shall spread the knowledge and National and International Standards related to the area of any type of Medicine, Alternate Medicine and Life Sciences

To establish a Life Sciences and Medical Knowledge related magazine, periodical, news letter or similar publications, or establish the same through a suitable entity on contract basis as company may feel deem fit.

KHIC Directorate is being established with a unique and critical perspective to create and execute the requirements, process and policies on the entire organization, and will be responsible for providing leadership to the involved Institutes and all the health care centers and for constantly identifying needs and opportunities..
